New Assignment
Our new assignment is to design our sites for ourselves so I'm starting on some changes today. I will have to admit it feels odd to be changing a site that Tonia, Charity & I worked so hard on. I really liked the Wordel our team did so I've been working on some new ones about me π
The Results are IN!
Results are in – our team tied for FIRST PLACE with Team 2 of Laura, Shanti & Julie. Yeah!!! Now our next step is to customize the page for ourselves instead of as a team – check back later for more updates π
Today’s “THE” Day!
The winners of our Staff Agent Website contest will be announced to day – we're excited to finally find out the results. Not only did we learn alot we got to know our staff in our others offices a lot better. Here's are the links to the other staff websites in the contest – enjoy!

Finishing Up!
We held our last conference call meeting yesterday to talk about finishing up our website. We had a few finishing touches to go over and focused on tying up loose ends. We feel that it is almost ready to present! We all agreed that this contest has been great for learning the tools, but more importantly for building the friendship between offices. We can always call each other with any problems that arise in the future! Even if we don't win the contest, we all feel that we did our best and won anyways because we learned from the experience! Hope you all like our website, we are very proud of it!!

Extra Touches
We've been working hard on getting all of the little extra touches. Today we added a Wordel of our team. We played around with it and had several to choose from – here are a couple of them.
Teamwork
Today we are working on finishing up our links and ensuring that all our tabs are working correctly and have the right information. We also wrote our summary about the project since we have a majority of the website finished. It has been so fun to get to know each other since we work at three separate locations, yet have become a team! We have learned patience, teamwork, and how to compromise and I couldn't have picked a better group to have done this project with.
We are getting so excited to present our project!
More updates soon!
Our Winning Website!
Our Winning Website!
This is an example of the folder on each of our team member's computers that contain all of our winning, secret information for our website! We had the opportunity to do another join.me conference call and after several days of compromising and talking, our website is truly coming together! We are all feeling very confident about the direction our website has taken and are getting excited to share with the other groups! We will be working on finishing up our links this week and tweaking and adding the finishing touches. Stay tuned for more…
“Sticky” Websites
Is your website "sticky"? One of the things we learned at Todd's class was to make our websites sticky – keeping viewers there for 1 to 2 minutes or more. Keep your websites interesting so that people will stay a while – so let's be "sticky"!
Learning Opportunities
Today, a few of our team members had the opportunity to attend a training class specifically on building agent websites. Windermere's own Todd Steinberg taught the class and did an excellent job explaining all the in's and out's of building a website and it was great to figure out and understand all the details. Looking forward to being able to apply some of these teachings to our own website to make it fantastic!
Thanks Todd!! We Appreciate it!

Let’s add some FUN!
Working on adding more FUN to our site. We are having our next Join.me session shortly and we will be going over our list of assignments and deciding on a team photo – more later π
